JJJ Airconditioning - Electrical is a family-owned business that has been serving Sydney since 1995. With more than 30 years in the trade, we have built our reputation on quality workmanship, honest advice and service our customers can rely on.
As fully licensed electrical and air conditioning contractors, we handle both trades under one roof. From a single split system to complete switchboard upgrades and commercial fitouts, the same experienced team plans, installs, tests and certifies every job, with no need to coordinate multiple trades.
Our clients include homeowners, businesses, landlords and property managers across Sydney. Every job comes with a clear, fixed quote before work begins, punctual and tidy tradespeople on site, and full compliance with NSW regulations. Do you charge a call-out fee for quotes or site inspections?
Quotes are free and come with no obligation. For many jobs we can quote from photos, so you don’t need to wait for a visit. If a site inspection is needed, we’ll let you know upfront whether any call-out fee applies before we attend.
Are there any hidden costs in your quotes?
No. Our quotes are fixed and itemised, covering equipment, materials, labour and your compliance certificate. If anything outside the agreed scope comes up on the day, we’ll explain it and get your approval before doing any additional work.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes. We provide a 24/7 emergency service for urgent electrical faults, power loss and breakdowns. Call us on 0411 215 928 at any time, day or night.
Is your workmanship guaranteed?
Yes. All work is carried out by licensed tradespeople to Australian Standards and is backed by our workmanship guarantee. New equipment is also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
How do I know if my switchboard needs upgrading?
Common signs include old ceramic fuses, no safety switches (RCDs), breakers that trip frequently, burning smells or heat from the board, or plans to add air conditioning, an EV charger or solar. We can inspect your switchboard and advise whether an upgrade is required.
What size air conditioner do I need for my space?
It depends on the room size, ceiling height, insulation, windows and which way the room faces. As a rough guide, a bedroom typically needs around 2.5 kW, while a large open-plan living area may need 7 kW or more. We assess your space and recommend the right capacity before you buy.
